It was a hot summer day in Iowa, 2023 when Mr. Alexander decided to go to Hobbs to look for rocks. Hobbs is a old gravel pit local to Mr. Alexander that turned into to a party spot that has lots of good rocks left over from the county digging for gravel.

Mr. Alexander had no good luck at this spot in the past. Then on that hot summer day after digging for 2 hours straight right as he sat down in his car to leave feeling defeated he spotted this Agate under his foot. That moment marked the start of a beautiful collection and the birth of a life long Rockhound.
